Administrative Support Professional
TeamBuilders is actively recruiting for an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join an excellent local business in Fresno, CA.
The Administrative Support Professional is available for immediate placement and will be directly supporting all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Executive Support & Human Resources functions within a fast paced agricultural office environment.
The ideal candidate for the Administrative Support Professional role will possess at least 3 years’ experience handling A/P, A/R, Administrative Assistance and Human Resources Support duties and the ability manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high-level of accuracy and confidentiality.
The Administrative Support Professional position is available for immediate interviewing and will begin the first week of September. This opportunity is being offered on a full-time, Temp to Hire basis (will become permanent) onsite Monday through Friday. This role may require some overtime hours during the work week and/or Saturday if necessary based on the needs of the business. Starting pay rate up to $25.00 per hour, depending upon experience. The Essential Duties of the Administrative Support Professional:
- Accounts Payable; verification of invoices, invoice processing, coding to the General Ledger, check runs and reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable; payment posting, coding, invoicing, aging reports, collections, statements and reconciliation
- Human Resources Support; assisting with new hire documentation, submission of completed employee benefit documents, assisting with onboarding, filing, data entry and other related duties as needed
- Executive Support; written correspondence, report generation, travel coordination, meeting coordination, scheduling, travel expenses and record keeping
The Required Skills & Experience of the Administrative Support Professional:
- High School Diploma required, AA/BA or BA/BS would be a plus
- 3 years’ experience within a professional office environment handling accounting support and executive support duties including travel and meeting coordination
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite skills; Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to work onsite, full-time Monday through Friday in addition to occasional overtime hours during the week and possibly Saturday if necessary, depending on the needs of the business
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written & interpersonal)
- Meticulous recordkeeping, time management, organizational and detail orientation skills
- Ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously and with a high-level of accuracy
- Proficient with Accounting Software programs and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
