Benefit Software Implementation Representative

TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Benefits Software Implementation Representative to join a leading HR Software & Management company in Folsom, CA.

 

Company is a prominent Human Resources Software (SaaS) and Human Resources Management provider dedicated to providing customers an Enterprise level Human Resources Management application backed by outstanding customer service and support. We are seeking a highly detail oriented individual with a strong understanding of Benefits Administration and Technical Support of such software programs to provide customers with exemplary support to seamlessly implement the Benefits & ACA application modules and software which will include configurations, data entry, training and testing.

 

The Benefits Software Implementation Representative will be responsible for providing customer support and implementation of the company’s SaaS and Benefits & ACA Management programs and projects to new and existing clients on the company’s HRIS module and related products and services, with a focus on Affordable Care Act Reporting and Benefits Administration. In addition, implementation and support of, but not limited to: General HRIS, Custom Workflows, Payroll Codes, Time and Attendance, Notifications and paperless documents.

 

Company offers an outstanding integrated team environment, fully paid benefits for the employee, PTO, 401k and a competitive salary of up to $52K yearly, DOE. The Benefits Software Implementation Representative position will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Extensive training on company’s time & attendance and Human Resources systems will be provided upon hire.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Benefits Software Implementation Representative:

  • Successfully complete training on company’s time and attendance and human resources system, as is provided upon hire
  • Implement, train and support HR Modules to customers with a primary focus on Benefits Plan Administration
  • Communicate issues and accurate resolutions in a timely manner to clients and management team
  • Track task action items accurately and thoroughly in company’s online software
  • Prioritize tasks autonomously, by severity and client impact
  • Understand basic networking and desktop support concepts
  • Support requests received via phone, email, CRM or internal request
  • Provide support trouble tickets and logging these into company’s web-based CRM system
  • Implementation of new clients and converting clients from competing platforms
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to familiarize and assign new clients to a dedicated CSR Agent
  • Develop and maintain a client training program via electronic documents, webinars and recorded sessions
  • Utilize light SalesForce software administration
  • Support miscellaneous IT duties
  • Provide payroll system support including, but not limited to; advanced report/export setup and maintenance as well as general system support

 

Required Skills, Experience & Education of the Benefit Software Implementation Representative:

  • A college degree or accreditation is preferred but will consider a combination of education and relative experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience with database software, human resource systems, CRM, project management systems, payroll systems, spreadsheet software and word processing software is required
  • Experience in Human Resources or Software Support role for a sizable organization or software provider
  • Impeccable customer service skills required
  • Professional and effective communication skills are a must (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Knowledge of ACA and related Benefits administration, Human Resources Management and Payroll is required
  • Strong ability to efficiently manage priorities and conflicting deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong detail orientation, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
